Being a best friend can be challenging at times. At the moment my best friend and I are walking with each other through situations ranging from buying a house and moving back downstate to knowing when the time has come to put her terminally cat down. I think these are the life events that bond people.
Oooh, Cloudchaser, harsh words! This is Mimi; she probably held a long conversation with Bunny and then they decided that Bunny needed to get out and play with Mimi. Mimi would never force one of her stuffed animals to play! She’d give it tea and sympathy and tuck it into bed for a nice nap.
Best friend game me a placard:“A best friend will bail you out of jail and probably is the reason you are there anyway.”We really don’t get each other in trouble, but it is good to know that we would bail each other out…..
Being blue is part of our life. If it lasts for a long time or morphs into depression, then some intervention may be in order. How many times have I feigned feeling good in order for someone else to feel better about my being blue? Its better to be available to that person. We have to experience these feelings in order to get through them without having the added stress of trying to feel better because someone is telling us we should.

Sometimes a lil swing is necessary. Only a BEST friend would know when. On another note…. baby girl is still bald..I …don’t understand??
