so while the laundry is drying, do you get to wash your laundry basket to get the grass stains off?

Winter laundry tips for pluggers: As long as you use your clothes dryer only in the winter, it needn’t be vented outside. Keep all the heat & humidity inside when you need it. And for items that don’t need a tumble-dry, use a drying rack in the basement.

We had to hang and retrieve the bed sheets and try to fold them in 20 degree weather. I still do a “Brrr” with that memory. Cooold fingers.

We used to air dry outside but all the pollen brought in the house on the hanging clothes really increased our allergies.

It’s the grass stains on your back and knees that you have to watch out for.

We used to hang out our wash in an effort to save electricity. Now we have solar. Good improvement.
