If there was a private meeting and the press conference is Trump’s idea of the version edited to appease the American people what in God’s name happened in the private meeting?
Today’s comments have been a nice reflection of the flip out in the US establishment media. A pity so many of of you confuse skepticism about the claims of the US intelligence community (whose representatives have lied to Congress how many times?) and the Democrats (who have rigged primaries how many times) and the Republicans (you don’t need reminding) with support for Trump.
Where did I say I believed Putin? Doubtless Trump’s statement was monumentally stupid given that according to establishment and now Democratic Party and mainstream liberal pronouncements the CIA and FBI are trustworthy agencies in spite of past history. As for the terrible Russian interference we only know of several posts on Facebook, and there is evidence that the hacking of DNC emails had a domestic rather than Russian source. No, I’m not an idiot, but you are if you think that everything the FBI and CIA say is to be trusted and believed.
