Justice Kennedy was no liberal, but he did believe in human rights. I would submit his replacement will be more in the mold of the radical Antony Scalia.
Unfortunately, any of the Federalist Society names for Trump to use, will make Scalia look like a flaming liberal. Case in point: DC vs Heller where Scalia wrote that in your home, a firearm is a right, when you leave your house, it is the DUTY OF GOVERNMENT TO REGULATE YOUR USE.

Obviously Kennedy KNOWS that the Democrats will be taking Congress in the Mid-Terms, so he bailed out early enough that Dumb Donnie could ram through another lunatic Conservative Justice to screw over Americans and Destroy the Constitution for years to come!
I don’t know about that. Right now we have 4 solid liberals (80% liberal voting), 2 solid conservatives (20% liberal voting) and 3 swing votes (44-49% liberal voting). We lost a swing vote, (46%), but even the most conservative justice leaves liberals with a small advantage
