Gonna be interesting come Jan 1 when folks realize that 250k income limits to get the tax break really isn’t that good of a deal.

If Republicans insist on all or nothing, this time they may get nothing. Let’s see if the government gets shut down like in the 90s, 95 was it?

Aren’t we glad the mouth to mouth has been dropped from the CPR protocol??

Now to tamper with that defib so that instead of delivering the jolt it’s designed for, it can deliver one tenth of one amp for one second.

CPR has its place but what’s appropriate now is a stomach pump.

Radfish you are kidding, right? People voted for the GOP NOT because they want what the GOP is going to do but because they want what they THOUGHT the GOP would give them. Big difference.

They thought they would get a reduction in taxes and jobs. What they’ll get is more taxes in hidden forms and fewer jobs while the richest will laugh all the way to the bank with our money. Remember, they don’t earn it - they make the rules that allow them to take it from the rest of us.

Tigger, if the GOP suggested we DOUBLE the tax rate to 75%, then we can talk. They’re talking about cutting it so the super-rich pay less of their income than hourly workers!
