No one would be happier that I would if North Korea and the US were to come to an agreement that would denuclearize the Korean Peninsula. That is, no North Korean nukes, no US nukes, and maybe a peace treaty as well. How likely is it that such a deal will come out of this summit? I would say zero. Trump started out with big expectations, but now he’s pulling back, because he knows that this is unlikely to go anywhere. A big photo op, Kim is happy to be placed in a position of equality with the US President (and maybe the US government will even pay for his hotel room), and that’s the show, folks.

Most of the world has no doubts, Trump’s nuts, and dangerous, on all fronts from environment, to banking, stock market, infrastructure rebuilding, budget, defense, and oh yes, nukes.
