Errrrmmmm…no, I rather imagine the jerking around is Kim and Co. knowing which buttons to push and how to rattle Trump’s chain. They seem to have figured out how to get Trump in the position of wanting more than they do from this whole process.
The whole thing has been really smooth so far and without a hitch under the rule of the Trumpopotamus.
