    I don’t want to say “don’t be sad” because that never makes anyone feel better; but, someone once told me “don’t suffer—endure” and somehow, that made sense to me. Enduring means you’re experiencing, going through—or LIVING through—something. It gave me a sense of control; that there would be an end to the suffering at some point. Not sure if this helps you at all, but I wanted to share.
