This is like an old skit I saw on meetings. After an interminably long session, the protagonist comes out of the meeting room, dog-tired but with a smile on his face. On being asked if the problem was resolved during the confabulation, he says, “No, but it was a very successful meeting – we’ve already decided on the date for the next one!”
