How about taking up a sport? Ballroom, tap…any kind of dance. How about learning to figure skate (yes, adults do this!). Painting or learning a musical instrument… just find your PASSION!
Miniatures are a great hobby. It’s your own little world, just the way you want it to be. Cheaper than a shrink, and you have something to show for it.
I like to rotate reading and watching tv/movies with listening to audiobooks or podcasts while playing hidden object games and time management games. I also like to pull out my adult coloring books every now and then and color while I listen to books or podcasts.
