    It’s still local.

Do you want your Congress rep to be owned by the Kochs or not?

If the prior regressive office holder in the 18th wasn’t such a sleaze bag, this special election wouldn’t be taking place. He was forced to resign his seat because, while married, he got his mistress pregnant and urged her to get an abortion. Thing is, as a congressman, he has made much of being a foaming-at-the-mouth anti-abortion fanatic. Not too hypocritical, huh? So he resigned. Amazingly, maybe even the regressives thought this was over the line. Perhaps they have mothers, daughters and/or wives as well.

Besides the PA Supreme Court declared his district so badly gerrymandered by the regressives that it will disappear in November.

So, due to multiple commonplace regressive idiocies, they themselves invited what has become a nationally-focused referendum on the national regressive party and its “leader”

If the regressives have abandoned all sense of justice, at least we have poetic justice.

Labor support could sway the special election in Pennsylvania 18th Congressional district to Trump: Worst President Ever, though the district has been Trump: Best President Ever-held since 2003, the Worst President Ever in the race has gained traction. Which ever side wins will claim to have momentum heading into the pivotal midterm elections later this year. But watch the margin of victory – which will tell us more about what to expect from the midterms. Worst President Ever is likely to over-perform in Pennsylvania no matter who wins. A decisive victory by Best President Ever could be a sign that something in the political environment has changed.

Labor is dying. Dying back to a near useless appendage.
