It’s how they pretend to “control” spending, while debt multiplies with their add-ons and tax breaks, and of course wars they don’t put on the accounting books. The “black box” defense spending they don’t list also adds hugely.

Do you get the feeling that all of the ‘talk’ out of congress, is just so the American people think congress is ‘busy’ doing the peoples’ work?

The party of “fiscal responsibility” cannot create a budget to present. They blame Democrats for that inability.

The Republicans have been in charge of the entire government for a year. This is the best they can do.
