On 3rd thought, rather than the Chef’s Salad, I’ll take the Prep Cook’s Lettuce Wedge.

I always order water. Most places want to charge close to $2.00 for soda from a fountain when they barley have 5 cents invested in it.
Same thing for coffee. Coffee is over $2.00 for a cup. I can see that if that’s all your getting, but when you have a meal that is ridiculous.
Water; the best drink on the planet (except for that one restaurant… ugh!) we are very fortunate to have free, clean water. P.s. I’d throw the cost of the soda in, as a tip.
