Actually did wonder if Julian might be involved in some way some time back, but at the time didn’t have much proof to argue the point in any clear direction…just a theory that happened to fit the facts as we knew them at the time.
That all said, I think Lottie is at least on the right track—that hideaway has a very “vigilante secret lair” sort of feel. It’s even got a supercomputer.
