    Of course this can be taken two ways. “You know, I thought you were a fool until you said something wise.” I guess the appropriate saying for that one would be, “Don’t judge a book by it’s cover”. Or you could combine the two, “Even a broken clock is right twice a day”. (No AM or PM distinctions when the quote was created.)
