Bottoms up. The last time I went to Target, there was what appeared to be a mom and her daughter walking this little ankle biter, and he cocked his leg to pee on a telephone pole, and he barked at me. The little girl said sorry, and I said that’s okay. I wouldn’t sue anyone if I got bit by an ankle biter so I wasn’t concerned. A little bit later he cocked his leg and peed on another telephone pole so I was wondering how many telephone poles he needed to mark his territory on.
