On this day in history in 1863 Abraham Lincoln gave the Gettysburg Address to help dedicate a portion of that Battlefield To Soldiers fallen in that battle of the Civil War. His commemorative speech was truly impressive for all that it was only 2 minutes long. I had to memorize that speech when I was in the 8th grade. The words have stuck with me, more or less, over my lifetime. How can anyone read those words and not be inspired?
That tax reform bill should be renamed to the “Death of the American Dream by 1000 Cuts Deform Bill”. A Wall Street broker said that it was a "Ponzi scheme setup to euthanize the American Financial stability.
