He doesn't need one. Mike: But he just charged that little boy! Man: Hmm...He's never done that before. The kid must have provoked him! Mike: You know, there are nearly five million dog attacks every year... Most of them by dogs too special to be properly restrained. Man: Here, boy! Mike: I'll be moving on now. Man: Good choice.

There was the woman who was downright offended when I gave her & her (illegally) unleashed dog a wide berth. When she protested that her dog was so sweet and nice, etc etc ad nauseum, I told her that’s what they said about the dog that bit my grandmother for no reason. If I had owned a cell phone then…
