Like my recent IKEA experience. I tried to order something, but the website would not work. It gave a telephone number to call. When you call the number, recording says go to the website.

Reminds me of the IRS site. I couldn’t access my account so they snail-mailed me a piece of paper with an access code on it to enter on their site but nowhere on their site is an area to enter the code. Researching this issue, I found others who noticed the same thing. I received about 8 or 9 of those letters every time I tried to log on. I finally just stopped trying. IRS wastes money as they complain about being under-funded…
