    Even when you have the patience to wade through that muck, you still have to give all your information all over again. Basically, I just press whatever button I think a robot would not be able to help with. Like, change of address. It usually works.

    This was (and still) likely the best voice navigation messaging. It was in 2000 and after a merger, they updated their voice messaging for both companies. #7 was the best one and it really did have a duck quacking. https://everything2.com/title/If+you+would+like+to+hear+a+duck+quack%252C+press+7
