I don’t get it. Is Mike calling the Dreamers “frogs” that can’t be changed. What is Trump’s role here?

Wonder what wand Obummer used when he said; “And you DACA are a law”.

How does anyone that misrepresents the truth like this ever sleep at night?

If that frog had hopped across the border would we have been spending billions of dollars to ship him back ?

Lester, no magic involved. There is a thorough background check and a requirement to go to college or join the military. The dreamers then become tax-paying citizens which will more than pay for the public schooling they received, plus some are serving in the military.

.Punishing people for being honest and coming forward about their parents’ actions when they were a child is a VERY BAD idea.

We are a nation of laws (although if your name Is Hillary Clinton they don’t apply to you) and everyone is supposed to follow them. The congress is the body of government that is charged with writing the laws, the Executive (president) approves the law by signing it and the Judicial which determines whether the law is constitutional. This is all basic civics that you should have learned by the eighth grade. You can’t change or create a law by bypassing congress which is what Obama did with DACA. Obama stated for years that it was illegal for him to do this but then went ahead and did it. We are not supposed to govern by fiats (that is what monarchies and dictators do). All President Trump did is reverse Obama’s illegal edict and put the onus back where it belongs…the congress.

At least Lester pays some attention to “comments.” But, frankly he isn’t in Steve Benson’s or Mike Andrews’ “League!”
