…..although, the transformative potential implied here, I believe comes from the heart and not the mind.
Excellent imagery too along with the words full of concepts.
Test it for yourself: if you start the day expecting the negative, don’t be surprised if that’s what appears for you. The opposite is also true. Don’t theorize; live it!
This is one of my favorites. A powerful meditation indeed.
