Oh, please. It’s not like there aren’t other evil organizations besides Skull. Not every foe Rip fought worked for Skull. What about Axe Jefferson? What about the Highwayman? What about Madam Poi? To the best of my knowledge, none of them had any connection to Skull. I say, give Skull a rest ,and have Rip go after other villains.
