I can’t help but wonder if the IMF kicks in only if one thinks one’s mechanic is a thief, or if any insult would trigger the charge. Would “You do a great job, charge a fair price, but are ugly as all get out”…, would that add another $50.00 to the bill?

Shop labor rate……. $50/hr If you want to watch ..$60/hr If you want to help …$75/hr If you already worked on it yourself… $125/hr
