With Nate in power? Oh god, his punishment would be for Randy to be stuck in a room with all the teachers, charge Randy money, make an announcement of a thief, embarrass Randy- the list goes on.

What if Randy actually secretly reads it himself and this was just an excuse, like how Nate reads “Bethany”. (May 14, 2005)

This is now turned into something similar to the classic dilemma of what to do with a peasant who steals bread to feed his starving children. Since a comic book for a cousin is a much less pressing need than food, really more of a want, he doesn’t get the same weight of consideration as the peasant. I’d have mercy and let him go, but he’d have to give the comic back and his parents informed of what he did, because he needs to learn a lesson. If he has no way to make money, he will have to make a gift for his cousin using whatever resources he had. Now, that’s what I’d do. What Nate will do is a different thing. It will be interesting to find out.

Then Randy could have borrowed money from his parents or something. I haven´t seen any indication that they were so poor that stealing would have to be an option, and I´m sure she would just loooove to know her (assuming) cousin was a thief. If there was more information to go on I might be more lenient, but having been exposed to break ins I have nothing left for those who steals.

We all know what’s gonna happen, Nate is gonna use this to keep Randy under his thumb, but not tell anyone until Randy does something to Nate.

By the way, Nate still has that old “Lil’ Dumpling” fact, PLUS that Randy dislocated his arm while fighting him. Really, Nate has a lot against him!

Poor Randy. It’s sweet that he was buying a book for his cousin.

I doubt it’s true. Even so, stealing should be punishable.

His punishment? To be paranoid forever and ever because Nate will say “I’ll think about it.” Genius.

Nate would give Randy a MAJOR punishment, of course.

The punishment would be hilarious if Nate could decide.
