for every high profile O’Reilly there are 50 to 100 slimes out there degrading their workers who feel they must silently put up with the harassment or they will lose their jobs, or worse. Speak out against this, if you are being assaulted or have witnessed it. If a friend has confided in you or you know someone who is getting away with this. We all deserve to feel safe at work.
