The “me and …” seems to now be the accepted standard in the English language. I see it all the time even in published articles. I once a web site that a college English major had created as an assignment for one of her English classes. It was composed mostly of pictures with captions. Every one of the captions started out with “Me and friend’s name…” doing something at some place. This change goes along with the ten times thinner or five times faster descriptions used to describe things anymore.
It’s good to correct but not stop their ideas flowing , creativity, and activities….parents some times may break the kids spirits…Which causes them to lose confidence in themselves.
