Way back when the “latest and greatest” was a Commodore 64, I used to go to the store and put in a very simple little program.
10 print “hello”
20 go to 10
This would cause an endless loop that would fill the left side of the screen with “hello” over and over and over again. Of course it was easy to break the loop just by hitting control/alt/delete, but a lot of the salesmen didn’t know that.
