I think we need to be able to enlarge this comic more. Even on a desktop, I can’t make out the dialogue. Actually, I wish GoComics allowed us to enlarge all the comics more. I enjoyed in the past being able to look more closely at the art itself.

Whew! The text took a lot of squinting today. Transcribed for those who don’t want to squint so much:

1 – The wonderful Hippopautomobile / Has licked the last drops of his gasoline meal.

2 – Then away for some far off, magical land / He rapidly carries the Tiny Tad band.

3 – When they come to a hill that the beast cannot climb, / The Tads scramble up it with courage sublime.

4 – All at once sailing down, with a snort and a roar, / Comes a raging Umbrellaphant thirsting for gore.

5 – But the Tads in their pockets find peanuts and fruit / With which they make friends with the gluttonous brute.

6 – Then when caught by a shower, forgetting all fears / The stand underneath the Umbrellaphant’s ears.

GoComics figures if it’s a certain width, it’s big enough, no matter how small it is compared to the printed size.

And those animals had just better hope they don’t run into Muffaroo.
