Good! Now Annie can do what Annie does best—lurking and listening … until she gets caught and dumped in a cellar to be disposed of later. Of course, every time that has happened in the past (and it has happened many times in the past) somebody rescues her, so I’m not worried (after all, this is a continuing strip).
