This is over east East Jerusalem. It is part of the Jewish state. They can put any thing they wish up in their own state. This is the one very hard point that they will never back down from..

They will never give this town of Jerusalem up

Having a dwindling minority of survivors of genocide does not give you the right to commit genocide on anyone you may choose, especially not a fellow Semite.

The toon says it right and it’s been going on for half a century now. Palestinians who face apartheid and have had the homes, lands, and jobs taken by Israel, and their children killed for throwing rocks in anger, have a valid point as well.

Israel that follows the rule of law, and the UN mandates that CREATED the modern state, will allow for the two state solution, and end the factors that indeed DO lead to violent reactions.

What caused the violent reaction from Israel in 1967 when unprovoked, they attacked the USS LIberty and killed our sailors, the ONLY Middle East country to attack us without provocation? This is our “best friend”, who ignores the decaces of our requests to stop persecuting Arab Pallestinians, Christian and Muslim, and sit down to REAL peace settlement.?

    Just a thought:

Let Jews settle there and treat them well even if the area becomes part of some other country.

The whole thing seems to be built around,

“We can’t abide any Jews living near us.”

I wouldn’t want neighbors acting like that and I’m not even Jewish.

Can’t we all just get along?

As I understand it, a treaty was signed many years ago that prohibits Israeli settlement in the West Bank. That treaty has been broken repeatedly. How can Israel expect their rights to be respected if they show no respect for the rights of others?
