On some level, we can all appreciate a humorous take on intrusive, nosy parents, yet we should also bear in mind that some of history’s less savory events might not have taken place or might have been less horrific if some parents had taken a greater interest in their children’s lives, e.g., should Adam Lanza’s mother have been just a bit more of a helicopter mom?
