    You’d never see signs like this in Sen. Thom Tillis’ (R-NC) universe … Sen. Tillis was quoted as saying that mandatory employee hand-washing signs for food service establishments is another example of excessive govt. regulation (that market forces would be sufficient as people would stop frequenting places where they could get food poisoning or other diseases). Fortunately, Sen. Tillis does not own a restaurant, so no current threat to public health there.

    went into a restroom at a grocery store immediately after an employee walked out…the sink was dry as a bone, in spite of the sign regarding mandatory handwashing…and guess where the employee headed?…into the meat handling room!!…even if they wear gloves, it just doesn’t seem right…incidentally, the store closed up shop within a year….

    A bar I often go to had a handwritten sign over the sink in the men’s room that said, “Employees must wash your hands.” (no joke) But then I waited, and waited, and waited, but nobody came. (joke)
