Actually, Frank (or is that Steve?) is one of the most good-natured and well-adjusted monsters in this comic.

Well, duh! He needed something to repel the angry villagers.

I’m surprised no Christian fanatics have raised a stink over gay comic strip characters.

its just comics… I read the comics, but as long as no one forces it down your throat. I dont think many “Christian Fanatics” care..

So, the big question is, was Steve born that way, or was it the brain that Dr Frankenstein put inside him?

Oh, I am sure these are NOT the first gay comic strip characters. This is tame in comparison.
