The cats are smarter than you Poncho. Always have been.
Rats can squeeze through unbelievably small holes. Poncho should have drawn a much smaller hole with a huge hairless tail sticking out of it. Then kittie would have swallowed a hairball and beat cheeks.
Only Wiley E. Coyote falls for that.
You needed to add some mousie smells. A cat’s nose tells them what is what.
I love the cat’s “Meh” attitude!
That trick only works on coyotes.
