I’ve occasionally run into some problems when trying to pay cash at some stores, notably best buy…there was a different line for cash transactions, and only one cashier. I was there for a while…

But how many people will want change?

I use cash at restaurants, gas stations and supermarkets. I don’t want the card to leave my sight and my debit card has stopped being hacked since I stopped using it at gas stations and supermarkets.

…but nobody knows how to count change any more!

If you want to hold the line up, whip out your check book.

I think it would be funny to learn that someone has been counterfeiting quarters for years. Who would ever know?

I have found that a lot of younger people cannot count out change. If they have to do that they just get a blank look on their face, or deer in the headlight look.

Yeah, no problems at all with cash, nope, no-sirree bub.
