why even have a GPS?
As my grandparents once told me: “Never rely on somethingthat thinks it knows more than God”.
GPS must be a TOMTOM.
AAA still gives out maps on request. That’s my GPS.
Our cars have voice recognition and built in navigation. The other day, I asked the system to take me to a particular destination.
The system responded, “You sure you really want to go there?”
The road ended back a ways, and I think I was lost. There was nothing but the earth, the sky, the horizon, and God.
….because the missus isn’t with him! She could’ve told him he made a wrong turn 20 minutes ago.
TG for GPS systems! Some of us remember coast to coast family trips with a Cap’n who was born without ANY sense of direction (and too stubborn to listen to otherwise.).
