Timely – the company that locates all underground utilities is presently putting little flags all over my street. I get the feeling that excavation is going to start in the near future. Sigh.
Here in Tucson a two year project just opened about four months ago raising Ina road over Interstate 10 and the double track mainline of the Union Pacific RR.
