Probably the most misconstrued amendment of our Constitution. It says Congress shall make no law prohibiting free speech but it also includes such words as ‘peacefully’..Also it doesn’t say that I can’t ban you from my property while you are trying to disrupt other trying to exercise their right.
Please read the first amendment in total. It’s " …or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press…" The only thing resembling “peacefully” in the amendment is in “peaceably to assemble”.But on a lighter note, in a libertarian world, no one could ban any speech, even the nasty hateful stuff but no one could force anyone to listen either.
