No, you don’t know that, because most camera-carrying quad-copters don’t transmit pictures back to whomever is piloting it, they just record what they’re pointed at, meaning that the user is within eyeshot of the thing and thus trying to line up pictures by pointing the camera from hundred of feet away, which may be fine for getting pictures of large areas, but not so much for “peeping”.
A local radio host told a woman who was worried about a drone hitting her in the head to go to any sporting goods store and ask for an anti-drone helmet. I’m very afraid she’s done that.
