Cathy: I'm on the all-new-not-thinking-about-it diet, Charlene! As soon as I think about it, the fat cells brace for a fight, the appetite increases for battle, and I'm doomed. As long as I don't think about it, there's no trauma-induced eating...no cellulite-multiplying angst..I simply have nice, normal meals when I'm hungry, and that's that! Charlene: How are you doing so far? Cathy: Up two and a half pounds. Charlene: Bravo! On a normal diet, you would have gained four by now!
