Mr. Pinkley: Attention all employees: Two vacation days at the end of the week does not mean three vacation days at the beginning of the week! Two vacation days means you have three days to do five days of work!! You should be panicked! You should be working as fast as your little fingers can fly! Any questions?! Staff: What size turkey do I buy to feed nine people? Mr. Pinkley: I have an audience. Now all I need is a listener.
Comment #2: According to allrecipies.com, it depends on whether you’d want leftovers.
With Leftovers: 1.5 lbs/person (for 9 people, 9*1.5=13.5)
Without Leftovers: 1 lb/person (So, 9 lbs)
However, it still depends on each person’s appetite and even whether or not any of the guests are children, as the math Allrecipes uses implies all the diners are adults.
