So many bland, ordinary people live vicariously through the counter-culture performances of entertainers. I read a cartoon one time, in which a bored middle-aged businessman at his desk thinks in a thought balloon, “Just once I’d like to be considered a menace to women and children, and an outrage to public decency.”

I don’t get it either. 4/20 means April 20th, but does it also mean something pertaining to drugs??

April 20th is smoke pot day. In counterculture language 420 is a code for marijuana.

Apparently, 4:00 pm is Tea Time in the commonwealth of Great Britain, and 4:20 is Tea Time for pot smokers in Holland. It’s all about honoring traditions and keeping to the narrow path, after all.
