    Edinburgh University has a centre for parapsychological research, whose results strongly suggest both that clairvoyance is real and that the presence of someone who is strongly sceptical adversely affects the results even if they have no direct influence on the experiment. This suggests that, yes, sceptics are themselves generating some kind of psychic wave which wills the experiment not to work.

    If they’re real, why don’t these supposed “mediums” just go make millions on the stock market?

    Or, for that matter, they could figure out unsolved murders for the police force.

    I don’t think ouija boards should be feared, nor do I think they are “fun”; Basically, I’m with Moonie. Let’s all have a few more beers (or whatever suits your taste if you’re a teetotaler) instead….
