Sub-par wages … Ownership’s greed or poor business model?
The math just does not follow the argument. One employee – 40 hours, two – 20 hours each or even 4 – ten hours each he still has to cover 40 hours open which amounts to 40 hours at $15 / hr.
I still have a choice … Eliminate the worker – Lose my business ….
