wcorvi: Its so sad you have to exaggerate badly when plenty of things he can be quoted on are out there. Or are there?

Or does it just show how pathetic you are.

Cruz is frightening because he would enforce his extreme religious beliefs through law; and he knows just enough about government to make it possible. I’d much prefer a real Canadian; they’re usually civil.

If you think Sharia law might be bad.. Think about a strict Christian interpretation. Stoning women.. cutting off hands..

Rafael Cruz, the natural born Canadian citizen, is not at all terrifying to Goldman Sachs and the rest of the banking industry.

I guess the carpet bombing part is nothing but soothing to Republicans/Fox “news” viewers.

There are a number of Christian/Religious things he would force through laws and he has supported in the past, but lets take forcing people to go to church..Senator Ted Cruz is making a bold new campaign pledge: if he’s elected president, he’ll make what he calls “semi-occasional” church visits mandatory, by federal law, for all American citizens, a proposal inspired after Arizona State Senator Sylvia Allen suggested the same thing this week during an appropriations meeting.

Cruz’s proposal, which his campaign staff says will become an “official” part of his platform over the next several days, would require all Americans to visit “a church or other religious property” at least once each month, unless they meet certain exemption standards, which have not been formally announced yet. Failure to comply would result in a fine, and going several months without a church visit could even result in a single night of jail time.

“People think that Senator Sylvia Allen is crazy, but what’s so crazy about Americans of all stripes reaffirming their faith in God?” Cruz asked during a brunch with a few hundred donors on Friday. “It wasn’t all that long ago that going to Church was a very American thing to do. Belief in a power higher and greater than yourself inspired this nation to do great things. To achieve goals that people without faith could never dream of. If I’m elected as your next president, my administration will help us reclaim that lost moral high ground. We’ll make church attendance mandatory, so that whatever your faith is, albeit Christian, or Jewish, or one of the other ones, America can once again be a moral example for the rest of the world.”.http://nationalreport.net/ted-cruz-adds-mandatory-church-platform-inspiring-words-sylvia-allen/

America was founded on a revolutionary idea. Our rights do not come from government. They come from God.

.https://www.tedcruz.org/issues/religious-liberty/.There is no official platform on Ted Cruz’s website maybe when he officially becomes a presidential candidate..Everything around him says that he would not be even handed on religion. .“We need to empower law enforcement to patrol and secure Muslim neighborhoods before they become radicalized,” Cruz said
