My doctor has stopped commenting on my blood pressure. The last time he said anything was: Well, it doesn’t seem to be effecting you in any way so until you start having problems with it we’ll just monitor it !
I am a Plugger and my blood pressure is fine! Once, it was 96/58 and I asked if I was still alive. My doctor said that if I did not get light headed when standing up I was fine, and she wished all her patients had values like mine. Everything is good, I exercise, eat everything and my weight is ideal. Have been that way for over 20 years, and am now 74.

A few years ago Pluggers had a strip which mentioned 3 blood pressure meds. i was taking all three at that time!
