Psst! Over there, down the middle; do you see? Cannot miss it! As big as…the Elephants in the room. Yeah, DUST!… that’s what they missed before. You’d think they would sweep the place before a big speech and all.

A wall is inevitable when the Senate Minority Leader meets on day one with party insiders and agrees the number one objective will be to make Obama a one term president. It is certainly unpatriotic; it could be sedition. Amazing Obama was able to accomplish as much as he did, and with a minimal to average number of executive orders.

Exactly. The Republicans belong on the zurglinky side, and the Democrats belong on the acklivily side.Makes as much sense as using the words “left” and “right”. More, because “right” has a generally positive connotation, while “left” has a negative one.

We built that wall. And it’s absolutely impenetrable. And we made the Democrats pay for it!

Now we’ll do the same thing to Mexico!

I have watched many SOTUs. The US House does not have a wall down the middle of the room. The desks/seats are always Republicans on the right facing the speaker; Democrats on the left. Funny how that worked out all my lifetime as R leaning right and D leaning left.-As for partisan Obama, he never made an effort to talk to or debate what his agenda was, with the GOP members. IMO the president declared war on congress early in his 8 year term. Why would you partisan democrats expect the insulted and ignored opponent party to not try to oppose measures their voters elected them to oppose? -The American people are divided on all these issues; just check the ongoing all-the-time polls and surveys. The GOP in the last election was elected in the majority in congress, and the democrats continue to act as if they never lost the majority, as if dems think they are royalty born to be the leader into infinity!-History shows GOP-minority presidents did try to work with congress. Obama was Divider-in-Chief from day one in the oval office, IMO. Whoever blames the GOP for national governing problems do not have a reasonable argument.

Ryan getting the budget passed was the first time Republicans have done anything but block all progress in eight years.

“progress” implies “better conditions” does it not?Obama and the last 7 years of the Democratic Party members in congress IMO have mostly “devolved” the “state of the nation.”-And I heard a good question overnight on Christian radio, if Obama is so keen on clean air and fighting global warming, why did he sign a bill encouraging more exports of crude oil from the USA to refiners in foreign nations who do not have EPA standards and will make even bigger “footprints” of carbon in the atmosphere than our refiners would have?-Ryan got the Democrat version of the budget passed. Big deal. He had better lead the next budget to Reagan-type choices of spending (hopefully with an eye to shrinking the total spending). Assuming the November 2016 voting will keep and hopefully add to the GOP member numbers, it will require very tough work to begin the correction of Obama’s disastrous policies and the spending choices of the Democrats who blocked Boehner and Ryan continually.
