The banks won’t be truly happy until the interest rate to be paid is NEGATIVE, at which point depositors will pay for the privilege to deposit their money. Theoretically, it could happen.

The S&P 500 has tripled while Obama has been in office and Bok actually believes a .25% raise in interest rates will send the economy into a tailspin.
