Burl is more talented than someone I used to work with. He retired; then a few months later went back to work because there was nothing good on daytime TV.

All the “reality” shows are so scripted! Sorta like Pawn Stars and the worse is Mike Wolf…I learned to hate his voice

Burl especially likes the pause button so he won’t miss the commercials and he can hit the bathroom and refill his plate…!

I spent over twenty years not owning a TV. I inherited one and it is connected to next door’s cable service. Sometimes I think I might like to watch a little TV. I can sit for an hour and never see a show. 600 channels. They are either in commercial, or not worth watching.

Even less effort than YouTube rabbit holes. A man before his times. But not a Renaissance Man. Not that he’d know what that is.

He’s just trying to read the big words with three or more letters and understand them.

This group may be goofy but they seem to all get along.

The title of the show sounds just like him

And Joy can always stuff her face.
